  • Monday: Lower Body
  • Tuesday: Back & Biceps
  • Wednesday: Lower Body
  • Thursday: Chest & Triceps
  • Friday: Glutes & Hamstrings

This split prioritizes lower-body frequency while still developing upper-body strength—helping enhance curves, improve posture, and support a tighter, more athletic appearance.
