Program Split
- Monday: Lower Body
- Tuesday: Back & Biceps
- Wednesday: Lower Body
- Thursday: Chest & Triceps
- Friday: Glutes & Hamstrings
This split prioritizes lower-body frequency while still developing upper-body strength—helping enhance curves, improve posture, and support a tighter, more athletic appearance.
