Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

NOTE: Some items have restrictions on shipping options and therefore have longer shipping times. Some even up to 40 business days in rare sircumstances. Your return policy starts AFTER you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (If applicable), and in its original packaging. You will need your original order number as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@absideonfitness.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless our team deams it otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, or Supplements), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for next to skin items such as swimwear, underwear, and socks. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items items marked down by 30% or more or gift cards.

Exchanges
We can only offer exchanges for items of the same model and color but of a different size, unless otherwise arranged by a member of our team in the case of item is unavailablility. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Restock Fee.

Returns are subject to a restock fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. Product exchanges are not subject to restock fees.

NOTE: Fitness Programs and Challenges are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
