Shipping policy

ABSIDEON has a 2-4 business day processing time. After this time it may take 3-6 weeks for your item to arrive depending on any possible shipping delays.

Customes: We currnetly have to keep our products in a warehouse outised of Canada, this means that some items may be subject to dutie fees. We are working hard to change this and have all of our items stored and shipped from right here in Canada.

Tracking says Delivered but it's not here?: Canadian shipping companies suggest waiting 2-business days after the "Delivered" notification. In this time, please check around your property, with naighbours, or with coworkers if delivered to a business, and check front door security cameras in the unfortunate case of Porch Pirates, which we are not responsible for.

What if my Package has been sent back?  If your package has made a U-turn, don't worry! Orders may be returned for a variety of reasons (an incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid duties, etc.). Whatever the reason may be, we can address the issue once your Ahas arrived at our warehouse. 

Our Support Team will send you an email after to verify your address and have your package reshipped as quickly as possible. If you'd rather, we can issue a refund instead (please note that if you opt for a refund, we cannot reimburse the original shipping costs).
