Introducing our in-person fitness classes that focus on resistance training and cardio three days a week - the perfect way to stay in shape and reach your fitness goals! Our classes are designed to target all areas of your body, with a schedule that includes upper body, lower body, and full-body workouts, along with cardio sessions that will keep your heart rate up and help you burn those extra calories.

Here's what you can expect from our classes:

Monday: Upper Body plus Cardio - In this class, you'll focus on strengthening and toning your upper body with resistance training exercises like bicep curls, chest presses, and tricep extensions. You'll also get your heart pumping with cardio exercises like running, jumping jacks, and burpees.

Wednesday: Lower Body plus Cardio - This class will work your lower body, targeting your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves with exercises like squats, lunges, and calf raises. You'll also get your cardio fix with exercises like jumping rope, high knees, and mountain climbers.

Friday: Full Body plus Cardio - In this class, you'll work all areas of your body with a full-body workout that includes resistance training exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, and squats, along with cardio exercises like jumping jacks, running, and mountain climbers.

Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. We offer a variety of options to suit your needs, including a single class for $20, 6 classes for $15 per class, or 12 classes for $10 per class. After purchase, you can book your classes 48 hours in advance on our website.

Before attending your first class, we'll send you a questionnaire via email to help us understand your fitness level, any health concerns, and your goals. This will allow us to tailor our classes to your needs and help you get the most out of your workout.

Please note that our classes are not refundable, and once you've booked your class, it's considered used up. This policy allows us to maintain a fair and efficient system for all our clients.
