COMMUNITY RULES AND GUIDLINES

-This chat is meant to be a safe place for everyone. We expect every member to treat each other with respect. Anyone not displaying propper etiquette will be banned from the chat.

-This chat is not meant for advertising purposes. This means that we ask any trainers and coaches not to post any programs in the public chat. We may be able to create a chat for trainers seprate from the general chat where they can post upcoming challenges and programs if that ends up being requested.

-Anyone that creates a Discord account and joins the community chat is agreeing to follow both the Discord policies and the policies set by ABSIDEON Fitness.

-Any health and fitness advice given on the ABSIDEON Fitness Community Chat is considered personal experience or Opinion of the person sharing it. ABSIDEON Fitness is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that take place while practicing any tips, advice given, or participating in programs found on the ABSIDEON Fitness Community Chat. Make sure to talk with your Doctor and get approval before trying anything you're unsure of.

Discord has proven to be a very versitile, reliable, and popular social platform that supports group chats, voice calls, video calls, private chats, and event planning all in one place.

This makes it very easy for us to create a community with several types of chats which can reduce spamming people who only want to focus on one area. For example, Someone who just wants to have access to multiple types of programs and trainers can follow the trainer chat (Not part of the community chat at this time) and not worry about being spammed by the general chat.
